What kind of Diffraction Glasses do you sell?

We sell high quality diffraction glasses in many different colours, lens and styles, including firework lens, spiral lens, double diffraction and glow in the dark frames. We also supply glasses in bulk.

Which glasses should I order?

What's the quality of shirts/hoodies you print on?

We print on high quality cotton jersey (100% cotton) v-neck t-shirts and (350 GSM 80% Cotton, 20% Poly) hoodies.

Do you have the Hardstylerz merchandise in other type of garment?

We will be launching more Hardstylerz print in tall tee, crew neck and accessories.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

How secure is this store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you would like a wholesale quote, please contact us and include your business details in your message.

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused / unworn products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.

How long will delivery of my order take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

When will my order get ship out?

Most orders place before 4PM the day you order, generally get ship on the same day. Any orders place after Friday 4PM will all be ship out on Sunday as our postal courier does not work on weekend.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for all diffraction glasses order, however other product shipping costs starts from $2 and are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes. Our products can be pick up from Braybrook News & Lotto located on 127 South Road, Braybrook 3019. We also offer FREE Melbourne CBD drop off, contact us directly to arrange this on +61401 333 191.
